1.1. The self-employed person Milda Jansone's online store TETEV.LV is a remote shopping system website – www.tetev.lv (hereinafter referred to as TETEV.LV), which provides an opportunity to get acquainted with the goods of Milda Jansone, Personal ID: 321577-52072, Elizabetes iela 2-7, Tukums, LV-3101, phone: 20225675, email: [email protected] (hereinafter referred to as the Self-Employed Person Milda Jansone) and to place orders for them.

1.2. Any person (hereinafter referred to as the Client), placing an order for goods available on TETEV.LV (hereinafter referred to as the Order), confirms that they have read and agree to comply with these terms and the descriptions for using TETEV.LV. By placing an Order, the Client confirms that they are familiar with the information about rights, conditions of use, terms, and procedures, which together constitute an integral part of these terms.

1.3. The acceptance, processing, and execution of orders for goods available on TETEV.LV are carried out by the Self-Employed Person Milda Jansone.

Pasūtījumu izvietošana un saņemšana

2.1. The Client, when placing an Order on TETEV.LV, confirms that they are familiar with the description of the selected goods and that it meets the Client's requirements and needs.

2.2. The Client agrees to provide accurate personal data necessary for fulfilling the Order, including the delivery address and contact information, at the time of placing the Order. In case of incorrect data, the Order will not be fulfilled.

2.3. The Client agrees to the processing of their personal data, including the personal identification code, and the use of technological solutions to ensure the execution of the Order, settlement administration, offering of goods or services, complaint handling, and the fulfillment of warranty obligations in accordance with legal regulations.

2.4. When placing an Order, the Client independently retains the documentation related to their Order. Information about placed Orders is not permanently stored in the TETEV.LV environment.

2.5. After placing the Order and receiving the Client's confirmation of familiarization with these terms and other binding documents, an email confirmation of the Order request receipt will be automatically sent to the email address indicated by the Client, which is for informational purposes only.

2.6. If the Client's Order on TETEV.LV is available and can be fulfilled, the Client will be informed (via email or phone) within 1 (one) business day from the moment the Order request is received about the availability of the Order and delivery timelines.

2.7. The delivery of the Order is provided within 1-3 (one to three) business days after the Order confirmation and receipt of payment in the account indicated in the invoice.

2.8. An Order is considered confirmed when TETEV.LV receives correct personal data from the Client, the delivery address, and contact information.

Cenas un maksāšanas kārtība

3.1. By placing an Order on TETEV.LV, the Client agrees to the price of the selected goods and its payment terms.

3.2. The prices for goods and services on TETEV.LV are indicated including taxes, including value-added tax. The cost of Order delivery (if applicable) is determined separately according to TETEV.LV delivery fees.

3.3. The Client shall make the Order payment by bank transfer to the account specified in the invoice within 2 (two) business days after receiving the invoice.

Izstrādājuma kvalitāte un garantijas saistības

4.3. Warranty does not apply and/or the Client's claim will not be satisfied if:

4.3.1. The defect has occurred due to natural wear and tear of the product or the product has a limited usage resource resulting from the purpose of using the product or its part;

4.3.2. The Client does not comply with the operating instructions and rules specified in the manufacturer's instructions;

4.3.3. The Client cannot present the purchase confirmation document, the delivery note-invoice.

4.4. The Client has the right to use the consumer rights defined in regulatory acts for filing a claim. All disputes related to the execution of the Order are to be resolved amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached – in accordance with the applicable regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia, if necessary, using an extrajudicial dispute resolver – the Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission. www.ptac.gov.lv.

4.5. If the Client submits a claim regarding a possible defect in a product purchased within the framework of the Order, the product may be sent for inspection to a manufacturer-certified service center to determine the type of defect: manufacturer's defect or defect arising after the product was handed over to the Client.

Tiesības

5.1. The Client has the right to exchange a product for another product, if such is available at TETEV.LV, or return the product within 30 (thirty) days from the moment of delivery of the Order, by agreeing with a representative of TETEV.LV, if:

5.2.1. The product has not been used, the product packaging is intact and undamaged;

5.2.2. The Client has the product delivery note-invoice and the product is in complete set;

5.2.3. The Client covers the costs associated with the return of the product;

5.3. If the Client wishes to exchange or return a product, the representative of TETEV.LV has the right to ask the Client to state the reason for the return of the product and then carry out the exchange or accept the returned product.

5.4. TETEV.LV will refund the payment for the product to the Client's account from which the Client made the payment for the Order within 10 (ten) business days after receiving the product.

5.5. The Client has the right to request that their existing data be supplemented, corrected, as well as to stop data processing or delete their data if it is outdated, incomplete, or no longer necessary for the original collection purpose. Such information requests should be sent to the specified email address: [email protected].

Piegāde

6.1. Product delivery through “OMNIVA” parcel machines:

6.1.1. The service is subject to a fee according to the provider Omniva's price list;

6.1.2. The Order placer is responsible for providing accurate and complete data, the delivery address is confirmed during the order placement. If a repeated delivery or delivery to another address is required, a fee will be charged for the delivery service as for a new service;

6.1.3. Product delivery is carried out within 3 (three) business days from the moment of confirmation of invoice payment;

6.1.4. A delivery note-invoice copy is attached to the product.
